Designed in-house in Australia and manufactured through our trusted partners across Asia, every product is uniquely designed and individually built with quality as our main focus, and it is QC-checked before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide? Plus

Yes—we ship to nearly every country world wide using our numerous warehouse locations in the USA, UK, Australia, Dubai and Asia.

Our fulfillment model ensures your order is routed from the nearest warehouse to speed up delivery, if at the time of your order our closest warehouse to you is out of stock, we will not delay your shipment. We will ship from our nearest in stock location to you at no extra fee.

Is shipping free? Plus

Yes. We currently offer free international shipping on all orders to most countries. Everyone loves free shipping!!

How long does delivery take? Plus

We strive to have all orders shipped the same day or within 24 hours of your order.
Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location, see below:

USA:
Urban & metro areas: 3–5 days
Non-metro or provincial zones: Allow 2 extra buffer days.

UK:
Express: 1-1.5 days
Normal: 1.5-3 days

AUS & NZ:
Express: 1-2 days
Normal: 2-5 days

Europe: (DE,FR,CH,ES,NL & rest of EU)
Normal: 5-10 days (DDP)

Canada:
Normal: 5-7 days

Asia (JP,SK,SG,HK & rest of Asia)
Normal: 3-6 days

Rest of World:
Normal: 5-10 days

Will I pay customs or import fees? Plus

Some countries may charge local duties or VAT. If required, your local courier will notify you.

Can I change my shipping address? Plus

Yes— if your order has not yet been shipped we can amend the shipping address for you, as long as you , email us within 10 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, changes aren't possible. Though, we will try our utmost best to communicate with the carrier.

Do you offer express shipping? Plus

All orders use priority tracked shipping by default. No additional payment required.

Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return an item? Plus

You have 21 days from delivery to request a return.

What are the return conditions?
Items must be:

- Unused
- With original tags
- In the original packaging

Do I need to pay for return shipping? Plus

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return. Otherwise, returns come with a flat $75 fee. We’ve got the shipping to you covered. For returns, we just ask for a flat $75 to help cover the trip back—it keeps things running. Thank you for understanding.

How do I request a return? Plus

Start by completing our Return Request Form here. All returns are subject to approval after checking the item’s condition.

How long do refunds take? Plus

Once the item is returned to our warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank and country, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Orders & Payments
How do I track my order? Plus

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.


If you’ve registered an account, just sign in to the Customer Hub to check your order details, saved favorites, and items left in your cart. You’ll also find real-time updates on shipping progress and delivery status.

Can I cancel my order? Plus

Yes— cancellations are possible, as long as your order has not yet been processed or packed by the team. Email us info@sakk.com.au. Once packed through our automated system, cancellation is no longer possible. Rest assured that we’ll do our best to help you.

What payment methods do you accept? Plus

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay, along with other secure regional options available at checkout.

What if I forgot to apply my discount code? Plus

No worries—it happens! If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we may still be able to apply the code—just email us right away. Once it’s been dispatched, though, we won’t be able to make any changes.

Can I exchange an item? Plus

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but it’s easy to sort out—just return the item and place a new order for the one you prefer. We’re here if you need help along the way.
